("Match Group"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAC, announced today the pricing of Match Group's initial public offering ("IPO") of 33,333,333 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. In addition, Match Group has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 5,000,000 shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
